Privacy policy
Last updated . CFB Power Board is a static site with no accounts, no logins, and no forms. This page explains the few things that do touch your browser and the choices you have.
Who is responsible
CFB Power Board is operated by Lemony Click, LLC. You can reach us about privacy at hello@cfbpowerboard.com.
Analytics
Page views are counted with a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool. It records aggregate information such as which pages are visited, the referring site, and the general browser and country, without setting a cookie, building a profile of you, or tracking you across other sites. It cannot identify an individual visitor.
Advertising and cookies
This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, to measure them, to limit how often you see the same ad, and, if you allow it, to personalize ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Those cookies are set by Google and its partners, not by CFB Power Board, and we do not receive or store the information they collect.
Google’s use of advertising cookies is described at How Google uses cookies in advertising and How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Your choices
- Consent. Where the law requires it, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, you are asked before cookies are used for personalized advertising. You can change your choice at any time from the Privacy and cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
- Ad personalization. You can turn personalized ads off, or adjust how Google personalizes them, at My Ad Center. Industry-wide opt-outs are available from the Digital Advertising Alliance and Your Online Choices (EU).
- US state privacy rights. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, such as California, may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising. Where applicable, an opt-out link is shown on the page, and browsers that send a Global Privacy Control signal are treated as opted out.
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete third-party cookies, which stops ad personalization here and on other sites.
Third-party content
Team logos and game data come from College Football Data, so your browser requests logo images from its content network, which receives your IP address as part of any web request. Some pages link to other websites, which have their own privacy practices.
Children
This site is about college football rankings. It is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
